Overview

1. About the Service

Voguefrenzy provides software tools that aggregate account and market data and present AI-generated analytics, signals, and informational content to help users monitor positions across multiple exchanges. The Service is a decision-support tool only. Voguefrenzy does not execute trades, hold client funds, manage accounts on behalf of users, or act as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing presented through the Service — including dashboards, alerts, scores, or written commentary — constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All trading and investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Service you must be able to form a binding contract and meet any minimum age requirement under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify Voguefrenzy promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent; (c) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated scraping or excessive API requests; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes will be presented at the point of purchase or in a separate order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Voguefrenzy may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable prior notice.

6. Third-Party Exchanges and Data

The Service may connect to or display data sourced from third-party exchanges, market data providers, or other external services. Voguefrenzy does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security practices, or terms. Any connection you authorize between your exchange accounts and the Service is governed additionally by the terms of that third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and underlying technology associated with the Service are owned by Voguefrenzy or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

8. Disclaimers

The Service, including any analytics, signals, or uptime figures referenced on this website, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Voguefrenzy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytical output will be accurate or profitable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voguefrenzy and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voguefrenzy from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Suspension and Termination

Voguefrenzy may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

Voguefrenzy may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Voguefrenzy is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
